This week children are invited to go on an imaginary journey back in time to County Donegal 100 years ago to experience what children’s lives were like then.
As part of National Recreation Week, Donegal County Museum in partnership with Donegal Libraries and Dark Daughter Productions will be hosting animated history workshops in venues throughout the county.
“All we need is you and your imagination to join us in animated history workshops, to learn while having fun too.” says Caroline Carr from Donegal County Museum.
These workshops are free of charge and are being held all over the county between Tuesday 5th to Saturday 9th July as follows:
These workshops are most suitable for children aged 10+ and all children must be accompanied by an adult. Photographs will be taken during these workshops.
